1. About the Organization

Donations made through moldovajews.org are received by Asociația Obștească "770 Chișinău" (A.O. "770 Chișinău"), a nonprofit public association registered in the Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1026023032702, office: str. Poștei 53, bl. 1, MD-2059, Chișinău, Moldova. The MoldovaJews project operates under this organization to support Jewish communities in Moldova.

2. Subject

Payments made on this website are voluntary charitable donations in support of our programs. A donation is not a purchase of goods or services and does not entitle the donor to any goods, services or material benefit in return.

3. Payment, Delivery & Confirmation

Donations are processed online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure payment page of maib (B.C. "Moldova Agroindbank" S.A.). Card data is entered on the bank's protected page and is not stored on our servers. After a successful payment you are redirected back to the website and receive an on-screen confirmation. The amount is charged in the currency shown at checkout.

As donations are intangible, no physical delivery applies; your payment confirmation is provided electronically on this website immediately after payment.

4. Refund Policy

As donations are voluntary and gratuitous, they are generally non-refundable. If a payment was made in error, charged twice, or in an incorrect amount, please contact us at info@moldovajews.org within 14 days of the transaction. Confirmed erroneous or duplicate payments are refunded to the same bank card used for the payment, via maib; the bank may take several business days to return the funds.

5. Personal Data & Confidentiality

We process the personal data provided during a donation (such as name and email) solely to record the donation, send confirmation and, where requested, keep you informed.
